In summer the hotel organizes Tomato Sauce School where guests are taught to prepare the typical and famous pugliese tomato sauce, with the original methods. In collaboration with nearby dairy of Martina Franca we bring our visitors to see the preparation of the famous "Pugliese mozzarella", the typic pigtail and burrata handcrafted prepared. We can arrange courses on the preparation of the craft "Panzerotto", a specialty of Puglia. Avalaible for our guests: cycle rent, ping pong, bowling, billiards and hammocks.. Discover the unique pleasure of living in a trullo is a unique feeling! The hotel presents original Trulli and small "casedde" with a simple and rustic furniture. Each "room" is equipped with a TV, air conditioning, heating, kitchen or kitchenette with refrigerator, bathroom with tub or shower, outside green spaces. Accessible to disabled guests, our structure is composed by trulli 100 mt. far each other, assuring privacy and relaxation and each one has a complete kitchen with furniture and equipment in country style. The microclimate inside of Trulli (only made in dry stone with wide and deep walls) ensures a cool and dry summer and a Mediterranean warmth in winter. For our guests we offer the wood oven, fruit and vegetables. Great respect is reserved (with a small supplement to pay on the spot) to dogs, with a fenced green area. Interior pinewood interior is ideal for meditation and yoga. Owners, always in the structure, provide assistance to our guests while respecting the peace of the place..
