In the Northwest of the Island of Mallorca and in the center of the Bay of Pollença, forming part of an area of special interest (ANEI) for its flora and fauna, is located CAN CAP DE BOU FINCA, which has belonged to the family Vila, today still the owner, for more than three hundred years. The uses of the same one have been very diverse throughout the years but always having a very direct relation with the cattle ranch (bovine) by its excellent pastizales, that constituted the part of the Prat. The old dependencies, built in stone in the year 1700 and opened to the public in 1989, were rehabilitated in the year 2000, constituting independent dwellings.
