Water in the tap comes from own well and contains manganese, which causes taste and smell into water. Owner brings drinking water. Distance to the neighboring cottage about 30 m: neighbor won't be visible from the terrace and only a little from the pier. Distance about 20 m from the back wall of the sauna building.
