Log villa, built in 2014, living area with sofa bed, 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds, sauna (electric stove), shower room, separate toilet, walk-in closet, large covered porch, wheelchair ramp to the porch, low thresholds. There are 2 TVs (one in the bedroom). Log house in a sunny location on the waterfront in the area of a small holiday village. Holiday Village restaurant 100 m (open in summer 15.6. - 15.8.). Owner rents electric outboard motor for boat. Caravans, hot tub, camping or mobile homes are not allowed on the plot. The cottage can be booked for less than a week at all times, except during Christmas and the new year. Weekend bookings will end at 12.00. 150 € security deposit should be paid on arrival.
