The building has a lift. The apartment has a wonderful view over Santa Maria del Mar church. This studio lofts can accommodate up to 4 people in 1 double bed and in 1 double (or single) sofa bed. All of them have a complete bathroom with shower and a totally equipped open range kitchen. The Atic on the top of the building has its own terrace and there is only a double sofa to sleep.

The apartments are open plan with a very comfortable living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, and fridge freezer. The studios, with shower(no baths available) have been refurbished with style, quality, and in sympathy with its historic heritage - original beamed ceilings, exposed brick walls, and tasteful fittings. Comfortable beds and sofa beds are to be found in all apartments, which accommodate up to four people. There is a small balcony in all of the apartments, and two gorgeous shared terraces for all the guests.
